Welcome to Go Hard Fitness Bootcamp
GO HARD Bootcamp is a high intensity program aimed to teach total mental and physical fitness. We will help you to lose those unwanted pounds, gain muscle tone, and improve your overall health and appearance.
GO HARD instructors will inspire you to exercise determination and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity.
GO HARD will help you set goals and reach them, show you how to do an exercise; educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition.
The 24 Day Challenge consists of two phases - the cleanse phase (days 1-10) and the max phase (days 11-24).

Feel free to browse our website for more information about us, the schedule, locations, etc. In the meantime, below are a few key things you will need to know/do if you are interested in registering for an upcoming session.
Though the offer is a specific number of classes, registration is required for your first day so we know you are coming and the sessions do not get over crowded.

2) Determine your desired location/time and start date (NOTE, outdoor park locations resume March 5, 2012. See schedule for details.)
3) SUBMIT the form and look out for a welcome email.
**Note, registration is on a rolling basis and you may be registered for the next start date based on capacity.**
Bootcamp Schedule
This intensive and fun work-out program is conducted in (4) four week increments. GO HARD Bootcamp will get you in the best shape of your life. Our bootcamp classes consist of outdoor training and are designed for all fitness levels.
Each bootcamp session will combine a number of explosive drills and exercises in a group setting. Sessions will meet at least three days per week for 1-hour.
Our bootcamp meets in several locations at varying times of the day.

Is bootcamp for me?
The answer is Yes! GO HARD Bootcamp is for you. No matter what your fitness level, you can benefit from the daily workouts and achieve better health.
What are the benefits of bootcamp?
You will lose body fat, gain confidence, flatter stomach, learn better eating habits, tone muscles, get in great shape and become better in all areas of physical fitness.
Do I need to be in shape before starting?
Not at all! Whether you havent worked out in years, or you are already fit everyone can benefit from this program. Classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels.
When will I see results?
All bodies respond differently to training, however, most campers will see and feel dramatic results by the end of week 2.
When does bootcamp begin?
GO HARD Bootcamp can fit almost any schedule. Classes are all year long and offered at three times convenient times, so you can get in shape and stay in shape. Please see our Schedule and Price page for more information.
How do I sign up?
Please see our SIGN UP page to register or you can register by phone 678-651-3508! After submitting your registration form, you will receive an email confirmation. Space is limited, so register early.
What should I do when I complete bootcamp?
Fitness is a way of life. The quality of the life you lead is up to you. After you complete bootcamp, we encourage you to continue to workout and eat healthy. Many campers join again and continue to enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of bootcamps. We encourage you to continue with us but whatever you do upon completion of bootcamp dont stop working out.
I am really overweight, can I sign up?
Depending on your current situation we will always recommend that you get clearance from your doctor before beginning GO HARD Bootcamp. Our goal is always to help you achieve your fitness goals and stay healthy. Situations vary, so give us a call or email us, to discuss your situation.
I am not a runner, is this program for me?
YES! We have designed our program to help you increase your endurance at a level you can handle. Although there is some running everyday, our workouts vary so that we dont just run exclusively during each workout. If running is not your forte dont worry, youll never have to run alone. GO HARD instructors are trained to help you every step of the way.
Can I attend different classes or more than one class per day?
Yes, you can take both morning and evening classes during your session. You can also take a morning class one day and an evening class on another day to accommodate your schedule.

I have lost 15 pounds, 2 size and I now have lots of energy. The work out sessions are great, and they are truly fit for everyone. When I first started I was a little scared afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up with everyone else or finish a workout, since it had been at least 5+ years since I had workout. To my surprise, the trainer and the other boot campers were all so supportive. I was never criticized or made to feel as if I was holding the group back. They constantly cheered me on with each of my accomplishments, whether it's an increase in my cardio or losing weight. On those days when I feel like I can't do it, one of my fellow boot campers is right there telling me I can, and at the end my trainer is there telling me good job. It feels like a real family, we keep each other on track. I no longer have to take my blood pressure or stress medication. This exercise program has taught me how to live a healthier happier lifestyle. I would recommend it to everyone. We never know what lies ahead of us in life.
